You will strengthen the core and strengthen and lengthen the whole body while moving the spine in all directions. You will progress your practice at your pace. Safe and challenging exercises. Instructor: Juli – A mat Pilates class based on movements that will help in everyday life. By strengthening the core and using different props, you will work through different exercises that you perform in everyday life and may not be aware of. This will help strengthen and lengthen muscles for everyday tasks. You can progress at your pace while performing safely.
Body in Balance
Instructor: Juli – Full body-based Pilates but with props added for more center and balance and even adding in some self-myofascial release. If you have sore muscles or your balance is not what it used to be, this class can help. In this class, you will ALWAYS work on core and that’s where the control comes in. You will progress at your pace while performing the exercises safely.
Instructor: Phoenix – This 50-minute beginner’s yoga session is designed to be an introduction to the practice of yoga, and to assist in building a strong yoga foundation. In this class, you will learn basic breathwork, warm up your spine, practice sun salutations, perform standing and seated poses, and complete your practice with a brief meditation. This class moves at a slower pace, holding each pose for 3-5 breaths, making time for self-awareness, and cultivating self-compassion. Together, we will go deeper than the physical practice of yoga and begin to truly understand the “yoke” or joining of the body and mind, during our shared yoga practice. This class is not only for beginners but for everyone who is interested in practicing the fundamentals of yoga. No experience is required.

Instructor: Gabby – Learn to calm and focus the mind, relieve stress, and cultivate power and rejuvenation through intentional, gentle movement. This is a practice that will move your spine in all directions, allowing deep surrender and conscious relaxation. Come learn to use your breath as a tool to fully hit the reset button. Twerk & Tone
Build confidence and burn calories all while having fun! This workout consists of booty toning exercises that will tighten and tone the glutes while loosening up the hips and buns with basic twerk dance moves. All fitness levels.
