Gabs is a Holistic Health Mentor, yoga teacher, and life coach. Through 1:1, group coaching, and workshops she leads women through somatic tools to empower their connection back into their bodies to release nagging physical pains, and childhood traumas while building confidence and mindful presence back in life. She holds her BS in Athletic Training, and Med in Biomechanics, and is a Continuing Education provider through NASM, AFAA, Yoga Alliance, and NCBTMB.

Instructor: Gabby – Learn to calm and focus the mind, relieve stress, and cultivate power and rejuvenation through intentional, gentle movement. This is a practice that will move your spine in all directions, allowing deep surrender and conscious relaxation. Come learn to use your breath as a tool to fully hit the reset button. Open to yoga teachers and practitioners alike. All levels flow, non-heated. Beginners welcome.
